POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
American Firearms Training, LLC instructors and its employees strive to make our classes an
enjoyable experience for all. Owning and using firearms responsibly Is serious, and not to be taken
lightly. We must have rules and procedures to keep everyone safe. American Firearms Training, LLC
reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, content as necessary. Any changes in
schedule will be made as far in advance as possible.

Class Rules
No Firearms or Ammunition in classroom
Proper mindset, any offensive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
No horseplay or roughhousing
Cell phones and pagers on vibrate ( if you must answer please leave the room )
Food / drink - clean up after yourself
Any violation could result in failure of the course without a refund

Range Rules
SAFETY FIRST!
Always keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction
Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire
Any violation will result in failure of the course without a refund

Pass / Fail  Passing or failing this course depends on the following:
Attending all class hours
Participating in class and range exercises
Passing of written exam
Passing the range qualification exercises
Demonstration safe firearm handling, and the fundamental shooting ability
Following all above Rules
Range qualification and exam may be taken more than once.
If taking range and/or exam for a second time at a later date, additional fees apply
Anyone that does not meet all above requirements will not receive a course completion certificate and
will not get a refund

Payments / Deposits
All course fees are non-refundable. Fees and Deposits are transferable if arrangements have been
made prior to the start of the class you registered for.

A $30 Fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

If you pay by check on the day of the class, your certificate will be mailed to you when the check
clears.
